About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one homecare to pediatric clients, with nurses matched to one client’s home and a schedule they choose. The office offers paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and nurse appreciation events throughout the year. The nurse follows and carries out doctors’ orders, assesses and monitors client conditions, and documents observations, interventions, and evaluations. The position pays $30–$32 per hour. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule you choose, after being matched with a client.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
