About The Position
NHC HomeCare Murfreesboro is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide home care nursing. The RN uses the nursing process to identify and achieve patient goals through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse assesses physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors affecting each patient’s health and develops a comprehensive nursing care plan aimed at desired health outcomes in a culturally comfortable way. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support personal care, medical care, and rehabilitation, and teaches patients and caregivers about health care and disease management in a manner appropriate to their needs and understanding. The RN documents ongoing needs and patient or caregiver understanding.
Requirements
- Hold an unencumbered, current Registered Nurse license in the state where the HomeCare agency is located, or a compact state license if applicable.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse or professional nurse.

- Home care experience is desirable.
