RN - Emergency Services; 0.8FTE, Night Shift
About The Position
The Registered Nurse in Emergency Services performs patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation from an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect patient care through supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. This is a 0.8 FTE night-shift role with 8- and 12-hour shifts, every-third-weekend and holiday rotation, and day-shift orientation during the first two weeks of employment. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program; other nursing degrees will be considered on an individual basis.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current CPR certification or ability to complete it within three months of hire.
- Emergency Room (ER) RN experience.
- Must be available to attend day-shift orientation during the first two weeks of employment.
