RN - Emergency Services; 0.9FTE, Night Shift
About The Position
The Registered Nurse performs patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation from an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and care standards. The RN provides direct and indirect patient care, supervises select delegated nursing acts, and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. This position is in Emergency Services and requires night shifts, an every-third-weekend schedule, and holiday rotation. The employee must be available for day-shift orientation during the first two weeks of employment.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program; other nursing degrees may be considered individually.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin.
- Current CPR certification, or eligibility to complete CPR certification within three months of hire.
- Emergency Room (ER) RN experience.
- Availability to attend day-shift orientation during the first two weeks of employment.
