About The Position
The Registered Nurse performs patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation from an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and care standards. The RN provides direct and indirect patient care through supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. This is a 0.9 FTE night-shift position. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. The employee must be available for the first two weeks of employment on day shift to attend orientation.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program; other nursing degrees may be considered individually.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
- CPR certification or eligibility to complete it within three months of hire.
- Available to attend day-shift orientation during the first two weeks of employment.
