About The Position
The Registered Nurse in Cardiac Rehab at Aspirus Medford Hospital is a professional who is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care using evidence-based practice. The role also contributes to continual improvement in nursing care quality by collecting and analyzing data. The position is based in Medford, Wisconsin, and is offered full-time or at .8 FTE (64 hours per pay period), with weekday day shifts of 8 or 12 hours.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing required.
- Active Wisconsin RN nursing license.
- Current BLS certification, or obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- Maintain specialty certification in accordance with the department's scope of service.
- Current ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification may be required depending on the primary department.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Specialty certification desired.
- Ideally, at least three years of RN experience in a comparable setting.
