Registered Nurse | RN New Grad Residency | St. Paul
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring new graduate registered nurses for its Nurse Residency Program in St. Paul, Minnesota. Nurses provide one-on-one home care and receive award-winning training, hands-on paid instruction, customized support, and 24/7 clinical mentorship. The program includes simulation-lab training in pediatric and adult care and is accredited by the ANCC. Nurses serve clients in St. Paul, Minneapolis, and other communities across Minnesota. The role offers full-time work of 36 or more hours per week, with daytime and overnight shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options. Pay is $35–$37 per hour, including weekend and overnight differentials.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota, or pending licensure with an NCLEX date.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home care to clients.
- Deliver care to clients in communities served by BAYADA's Minnesota skilled nursing offices.
