About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 home care in Fort Wayne and surrounding communities. This role offers more flexibility, support, and allows nurses to focus on one patient at a time, building meaningful relationships and providing personalized, high-quality care. BAYADA provides 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and a user-friendly electronic charting system. Opportunities are available for clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of clinical needs.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in their home.
• Build a meaningful relationship with the client and their family.
• Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
