Registered Nurse - Aesthetic Training Provided
About The Position
LaserAway is hiring a Registered Nurse for its aesthetic dermatology clinics. The nurse serves as a clinical expert and manages patients’ care from initial consultation and assessment through treatment planning, follow-up, and long-term results. Treatments include laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation procedures. The role involves building lasting patient relationships, documenting care in LaserAway’s custom digital EMR, and collaborating with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to support clinic operations. The clinics use advanced aesthetic technologies, including FDA-cleared technologies, and operate in a high-volume environment of approximately 15–25 patients per day. Full training across aesthetic modalities is provided. The position has a fixed schedule with the same days each week, requires full-weekend availability, has no overnight shifts, and may include evenings depending on clinic hours. The nurse may work at up to three assigned locations within a 30-mile radius. Full-time hours are approximately 36–40 per week. Compensation is $50 per hour base pay plus a $5 per hour weekend differential; the posting estimates annual earnings of $104,000–$120,000 at full-time hours. LaserAway offers a growth path that may include advancement into Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles. Requirements
- Hold a current state-issued RN license for the RN clinical-background track.
- Have at least 1 year of acute-care experience in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg for the RN clinical-background track.
- Be eager to build aesthetics skills; training is provided.
- Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
- Be available to work full weekends on a fixed schedule.
- Be comfortable treating approximately 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic environment.
- Work at up to three assigned locations within a 30-mile radius.
Nice To Haves
- For the aesthetics-background track: hold a current state-issued NP license and have at least 2 years of aesthetics practice experience.
- Interest in structure, volume, and a growth path for candidates with an aesthetics background.
Responsibilities
