About The Position

LaserAway is hiring an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns the patient’s clinical journey, from the initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide individualized, seamless care. The position includes performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, documenting care in LaserAway’s custom digital EMR, and keeping current with new FDA-cleared technologies. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one. The role offers a path to advancement into Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer positions.

The position offers full-time hours of 32–40 per week in 8-hour shifts, with no overnights and scheduling flexibility. Nurses must be available on weekends and may be assigned to work at up to three locations. Compensation is a $40-per-hour base rate plus a $5-per-hour weekend differential. Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered state-issued RN license.
• Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Have weekend availability.
• Be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic environment.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg; aesthetics experience is also preferred, but neither is required.

Responsibilities
