About The Position

LaserAway is hiring an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to deliver non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns each patient's clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide individualized care. Treatments include laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation services. The role uses LaserAway's custom digital EMR for charting and works with FDA-cleared aesthetic technologies. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one, with potential advancement to Lead Nurse or Regional Clinical Trainer.

Requirements

• Current, active, unencumbered, state-issued RN license.
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered approach.
• Weekend availability.
• Comfort working in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
• Ability to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in an aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' clinical journeys from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results.
• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Document patient care accurately in LaserAway's digital EMR.
• Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver seamless, individualized care.
• Provide care in a high-volume clinic environment, treating approximately 15–25 patients per day.
• Stay current with the clinic's evolving treatment menu and FDA-cleared technologies.
