About The Position

LaserAway is hiring an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns the patient’s clinical journey from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, working with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care. Treatments include laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Nurses document care using LaserAway’s custom digital EMR and may practice with new FDA-cleared technologies as they are added to the treatment menu. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one. Full-time hours are available at 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts. Weekend availability is required, and nurses may work at up to three assigned locations. Compensation is $60 per hour base pay plus a $5 per hour weekend differential. Advancement opportunities include Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered, state-issued RN license.
• Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Have weekend availability.
• Be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic environment.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in acute care settings such as the ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in aesthetic practice; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
