Registered Nurse - Aesthetic Training Provided
About The Position
LaserAway is hiring an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to provide non-surgical aesthetic dermatology treatments in a high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns each patient’s clinical journey, from the initial skin assessment and treatment planning through treatment, follow-up care, and long-term results. The role partners with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide seamless, individualized care and uses LaserAway’s custom digital EMR for documentation. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one. The position offers full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, with no overnights. Nurses may be assigned to work at up to three locations and should be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day. Compensation is listed as $40 per hour base pay plus a $5-per-hour weekend differential.
Requirements
- Hold a current, active, unencumbered state-issued Registered Nurse license.
- Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
- Have weekend availability.
- Be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic.
- Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.
Nice To Haves
- Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg; this is preferred but not required.
- Experience in aesthetics practice; this is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial skin assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Manage patient care from consultation through follow-up and long-term results.
- Document care accurately using LaserAway’s custom electronic medical record system.
- Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care.
- Remain engaged and effective in a high-volume clinic environment.
