About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic treatments in a high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns each patient’s clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through treatment, follow-up care, and long-term results. The role involves partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care. Nurses use LaserAway’s custom digital EMR for documentation and work with evolving FDA-cleared aesthetic technologies. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one. Full-time hours are available, with 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, no overnight shifts, and scheduling flexibility. The nurse must be available on weekends and may work at up to three assigned locations.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered, state-issued RN license.
• Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Have weekend availability.
• Be comfortable working in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in an aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients’ clinical journeys from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results.
• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Document patient care accurately using LaserAway’s custom EMR.
• Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver seamless, individualized care.
• Work effectively in a high-volume clinic environment, treating approximately 15–25 patients per day.
• Stay current with aesthetic technologies and treatment offerings.
