About The Position

LaserAway is hiring an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a busy clinic environment. The nurse owns each patient’s clinical journey, from the initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care. Treatments include laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation services. Nurses document care using LaserAway’s custom digital EMR and practice with FDA-cleared technologies as they are added to the treatment menu. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one. The role offers 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, with no overnights and weekend availability required. Nurses may be assigned to work at up to three locations and should be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day. Compensation is a $50-per-hour base rate plus a $5-per-hour weekend differential. Advancement opportunities include Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered, state-issued RN license.
• Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Have weekend availability.
• Be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic environment.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.
