About The Position
Benedictine and its Ministry partners are a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. The organization operates according to the core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. This Registered Nurse position is based on the principles of integrated nursing and involves performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining professional nursing standards. The RN joins a compassionate care team focused on providing a comforting and empowering culture for residents and associates.
Requirements
- Hold a current state RN license in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis, tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Plan and provide education for residents, families, and caregivers.
