About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its compassionate care team. The position is based on the principles of integrated nursing and involves performing assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations while maintaining professional nursing standards. The RN develops and implements an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis, tailored to each resident’s needs. The role also includes administering medications correctly and providing education to residents, families, and caregivers.
Requirements
- Hold a current state RN license in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis, tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and administer them correctly.
- Plan and provide education for residents, families, and caregivers.
