About The Position

Freedom Village is hiring Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment. The role offers a relationship-based alternative to acute care, focused on personalized, resident-centered care and building lasting relationships with residents and families. Nurses may choose a first or second shift and can discuss schedule options including weekdays, weekends, or every other weekend. The position is based in Holland, Michigan, and welcomes applicants from throughout West Michigan.

Requirements

• Must hold a current Michigan RN license.
• Applicants should attach a resume or provide relevant previous employment, certifications, skills, or experience.

• Background in medical-surgical, step-down, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and encourage independence.
• Identify changes in residents’ condition, update care plans, and reassess residents.
• Provide daily clinical updates to the Director of Health Services.
• Administer nursing care according to physician orders.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.
• Supervise Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants.
• Support a warm, hospitality-driven, resident-centered community.
