About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its compassionate care team. The position is based on integrated nursing principles and involves performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining professional nursing standards. The RN develops and implements individualized plans of care, administers medications correctly, and provides education to residents, families, and caregivers. Benedictine and its Ministry partners are a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Requirements
- Hold a current state RN license in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis, tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and administer them correctly.
- Plan and provide education for residents, families, and caregivers.
- Perform assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations while maintaining professional nursing standards.
