About The Position

Hydration Room is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse to provide IV infusion and injection treatments in a wellness clinic setting. The role focuses on proactive wellness, meaningful patient relationships, and an exceptional patient experience. The RN will also lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during each shift and help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a new clinic.

The position offers $45 per hour in base pay, with guaranteed earnings of up to $55 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that period, earning potential is unlimited; many RNs earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. Complimentary IV and injection treatments and opportunities for career growth are also offered.

Clinic hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Scheduling options require availability for either four weekdays and two weekend days per month, four weekend days per month, or two weekdays and two weekend days per month. The role includes three weekend shifts each month, with locations across several Orange County communities and mobile IV and on-call shifts based on availability.

Requirements

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer, traverse the entire facility, and lift up to 15 pounds at times.
