Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Infusion - Per Diem
About The Position
Hydration Room is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse to provide IV infusion and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic. The role focuses on proactive wellness, meaningful patient relationships, and an exceptional patient experience. The RN will lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during shifts and help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a new clinic. The position covers Almaden, Campbell, Los Gatos, and Mountain View, with on-call shifts based on availability. Clinic hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Candidates choose from three availability options: four weekdays and two weekend days per month; four weekend days per month; or two weekdays and two weekend days per month. The details also specify three weekend shifts each month. Pay is $57 per hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $67 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that, earnings are unlimited; many RNs earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. Complimentary IV and injection treatments and career growth opportunities are also offered, including Clinic Lead, district leadership, and future flagship locations. The role requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, traversing the entire facility, and occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds. Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
