Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Infusion - Per Diem
About The Position
Hydration Room is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic. The nurse will build relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness, support the Wellness Coordinator team during each shift, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. As part of a brand-new clinic’s opening team, the RN will also help shape its culture, workflow, and patient experience. The position offers a $45-per-hour base rate and guaranteed earnings of up to $55 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that period, earnings are unlimited; the posting notes that many RNs earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. Nurses also receive complimentary IV and injection treatments and may pursue career growth into Clinic Lead, district leadership, and future flagship locations. Clinic hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The position requires three weekend shifts each month, with scheduling options based on providing availability for four weekdays and two weekend days per month, four weekend days per month, or two weekdays and two weekend days per month. The RN covers Torrey Hills, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Solana Beach, Hillcrest, and Encinitas, plus on-call shifts based on availability.
Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to traverse the entire facility.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
