About The Position

Hydration Room is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a wellness clinic. The role focuses on proactive wellness, meaningful patient relationships, and an exceptional patient experience. The nurse will also lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during shifts and help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a new clinic.

The position offers a base pay of $45 per hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $55 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that period, earnings are unlimited; the posting notes that many RNs earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. Complimentary IV and injection treatments and career growth opportunities are also offered.

This per diem role has three availability options: four weekdays and two weekend days per month; four weekend days per month; or two weekdays and two weekend days per month. Clinic hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and the role requires three weekend shifts each month. Coverage includes Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Ladera Ranch, OC Mobile IV shifts, and on-call shifts based on availability.

Physical requirements include prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, traversing the entire facility, and lifting up to 15 pounds at times. Requirements

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
