Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Infusion - Per Diem
About The Position
Hydration Room is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse to provide IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic. The role focuses on proactive wellness, meaningful patient relationships, and an exceptional patient experience. The RN also leads and supports the Wellness Coordinator team during shifts and helps shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic. The position covers Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos, and Solana Beach, with on-call shifts based on availability. Clinic hours fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Candidates choose one of three monthly availability options: four weekdays and two weekend days; four weekend days; or two weekdays and two weekend days. The posting also specifies three weekend shifts per month. Pay is $45 per hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $55 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that, earnings are described as unlimited; many RNs earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
