Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Infusion - Per Diem
About The Position
Hydration Room is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic. The role focuses on proactive wellness and building meaningful relationships with patients while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Nurses will lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during each shift and help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a new clinic. The position covers Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos, and Solana Beach, with on-call shifts based on availability. Clinic hours fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Nurses choose from specified monthly availability options and work three weekend shifts each month. Pay is $45 per hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $55 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
