About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Float/Transition Team, providing high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, New Jersey. Nurses help clients transition safely to home-based care by delivering compassionate, skilled nursing services, supporting complex clinical needs, and collaborating with families and the care team. Prior tracheostomy and ventilator care experience is required. The role includes educating and preparing the ongoing BAYADA care team in a teaching setting. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with daytime and overnight options; an ongoing, consistent schedule is expected, and a commitment of one shift per week is acceptable. The position pays $45–$47 per hour, depending on availability and commitment.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Prior NICU, PICU, ICU, or home-care tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
• Passing score on high-tech pediatric simulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team.
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule; a commitment of one shift per week is acceptable.
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County, New Jersey.
