About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in Florence, South Carolina. The office is in Florence, with coverage in Darlington County and shared coverage in Marlboro and Florence counties, or in Lower Florence County and Williamsburg County. The role provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes, with flexible scheduling options and team support while working independently. The schedule is full-time, daylight, and includes an on-call rotation. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available to external candidates only.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and nursing license in the applicable state.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or another related setting.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.
