About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in the Florence, South Carolina area. The role provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes, with support from an interdisciplinary team and the ability to work independently. The schedule is full-time daylight with an on-call rotation. The coverage area is either Darlington County, with shared coverage in Marlboro and Florence counties, or lower Florence County and Williamsburg County. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available to external candidates only.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted nursing registration and license in the applicable state.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with company policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or a related setting is preferred.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets, depending on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Develop home health care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
• Provide nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Manage pain and symptoms.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.
