About The Position
Harrodsburg Health & Rehab Center is a 112-bed center providing short-term rehabilitative and long-term care, with clinical care programs and physical, occupational, and speech therapies. As part of Signature HealthCARE, the center delivers integrated healthcare services and is committed to person-directed care and quality outcomes. Registered Nurses provide high-quality, compassionate nursing services to patients and residents, supervise assigned nursing assistants, and help ensure facility nursing personnel follow established policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations. The position requires an active nursing license and current CPR certification. The posting advertises a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night-shift RNs.
Requirements
- Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
- Hold current, active CPR certification.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining a high standard of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
- Work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility's written policies and procedures.
