Requirements
- Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
- Hold current, active CPR certification.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects while sustaining quality and productivity.
- Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining high standards of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
