About The Position

Signature HealthCARE at Summerfield Rehab & Wellness Center is a 165-bed facility providing services from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. The Registered Nurse delivers nursing care to patients and residents while maintaining high standards of quality and compassion. The role supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants and ensures nursing personnel follow facility policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The RN operates as required by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold current, active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects simultaneously while sustaining quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining a high degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
