About The Position

Otterbein SeniorLife is hiring Registered Nurses to provide person-centered care to residents. RNs direct resident care and collaborate with physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary team members. They also provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members. The position is offered as full-time or PRN, with starting pay of $35.00 per hour, increasing with experience, plus a $3.00 differential for second and third shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of direct-care nursing practice is desired.

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents.
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing staff, other departments, and service providers.
• Maintain a positive, professional image with residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Perform related tasks as required; other duties may be assigned.
