About The Position
The Registered Nurse at Mervyn Sharp Bennion Veterans Home provides high-quality, resident-centered care to veterans in a mission-driven environment. The role involves building meaningful relationships with residents and delivering compassionate care through teamwork and collaboration. The RN also supervises and supports CNAs and nursing staff and works with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Requirements
- Current Utah RN license or eligibility under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes.
