About The Position
Otterbein is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to direct resident care and collaborate with physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary team members. The RN provides physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members. This role emphasizes caring, dignity, resident autonomy, resident-led decision-making, and high-quality service and care. The position is full-time on the first shift. Pay starts at $33.00 per hour and increases with experience; shift differential is available.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- CPR.
- At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice is desired.

- Long-term care experience is preferred.
