About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Neurology Clinic protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure. The nurse collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to coordinate care across the continuum, assesses and supports physical symptoms, and provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The role also mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains a professional disposition at all times.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice (Illinois or Michigan).
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification.
• Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites.

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• Six months of experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Basic proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft applications.

Benefits

• Pay range of $31.67–$47.47 per hour, based on years of licensure.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for external RNs and new graduates, internal or external.
• For RNs with five or more years of direct experience, 24 hours of Vacation/Holiday Time Off frontloaded on the first day, in addition to time-off plans.
