About The Position

LaserAway is hiring an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to provide non-surgical aesthetic dermatology treatments. The nurse owns the patient’s clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care in a busy, high-volume clinic. The role includes performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; accurate documentation; and maintaining patient focus while treating approximately 15–25 patients per day. Clinicians use LaserAway’s fully digital custom EMR and work with FDA-cleared technologies. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one, with potential advancement to Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles. The position offers full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, no overnights, weekend availability, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to work at up to three assigned locations. Compensation is $40 per hour base pay plus a $5 per hour weekend differential. LaserAway is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides reasonable accommodations as required by law.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered RN license issued by the relevant state.
• Be available to work weekends.
• Be comfortable working in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a patient-centered approach.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in an aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
