About The Position
Valparaiso Care & Rehab is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Weekend Option, with earning potential of $46 per hour and every sixth weekend off. The role provides nursing care that promotes residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and contribute to a supportive, respectful, and coordinated care environment. The nurse supports residents through compassionate engagement, works collaboratively with nursing and facility teams, and promotes teamwork to provide excellent resident care. The position calls for medication management, thorough assessments, and accurate documentation of changes in residents’ conditions. Requirements
- Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Have proficient medication management skills.
- Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
