Requirements

Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
If possessing an active temporary practice permit, must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and drug screening.
Conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

Assess patient physical, psychosocial, and mental health status
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using nursing diagnosis and treatment methods
Coordinate and delegate nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Administer and track medications and evaluate responses to treatment
Provide education, guidance, and on the job training to non professional nursing personnel
Use therapeutic communication and maintain daily clinical documentation
