Requirements

Six years of professional experience in budgeting, accounting, purchasing, human resources, or management methods work, including three years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training, which includes three years of supervisory or managerial experience in budgeting, accounting, purchasing, human resources, or management methods work.
Must meet the PA residency requirement.
Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Must pass a background investigation.
A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
Submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage financial planning, procurement activities, and non-clinical support services across the facility
Review existing procedures and guide updates that strengthen operations and support the hospital’s programs
Supervise managers, conduct evaluations, and ensure departments meet regulatory and operational requirements
Direct preparation of operating and capital budgets, as well as recommend resource allocation strategies
Negotiate agreements with vendors and agencies, as well as oversee contract performance and compliance
Monitor operations and surveys to ensure adherence to laws, safety standards, and quality expectations
