Requirements

• Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practice Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• If possessing an active temporary practice permit, must obtain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
• Medical examination and a drug screening test.
