About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics for an acute care hospital in Lubbock, Texas. This is a 16-week assignment with two openings. Nurses may float between units and are expected to work five weekend shifts during each six-week period. Patient ratios are expected to range from 1:3 to 1:5. The assignment offers day shifts (three 12-hour shifts, 7:00–19:00) or night shifts (three 12-hour shifts, 19:00–7:00). Listed start dates are November 2, 2026, and December 14, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,976; an eligible housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week is also listed.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license; a compact license is accepted where applicable.
- At least one year of recent Pediatrics experience.
- BLS certification.
- PALS certification.

- Pediatric experience is preferred.
