Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Baylor
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages and with varied diagnoses and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. The Weekend Baylor program describes working every weekend for 24 hours and receiving pay for 32 hours, serving only one client. BAYADA offers paid training and shadowing, including access to adult and pediatric simulation labs, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Nurses use AlayaCare electronic charting and are matched with cases near their homes. Available shifts include 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts on first, second, or third shift. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- Current CPR card.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health care to clients.
- Deliver care to clients of varying ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Provide advanced care, which may include tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Complete electronic charting using AlayaCare.
