Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Baylor
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages and with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. The role offers paid training and shadowing, flexible scheduling, electronic charting with AlayaCare, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Nurses are matched with cases near their homes. The Weekend Baylor program requires working every weekend for 24 hours while being paid for 32 hours, caring for one client. The posting also lists RN shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours across first, second, or third shifts, and PRN, part-time, or full-time schedules. Pay is $34–$39 per hour.
Requirements
- Current, valid nursing license.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- Current CPR card.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health care to clients.
- Provide care to clients with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Document care using the AlayaCare electronic charting system.
