RN Weekend Only Days 2BCE Intermediate
About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2BCE Intermediate unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a part-time position (24 hours weekly) with day shifts (7 am-7 pm) and a Weekend Only Work (WOW) schedule. This role is benefit-eligible and may include a sign-on bonus for experienced applicants. The RN will be responsible for direct, comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. The 2nd floor Intermediate Unit is a 34-bed unit specializing in Progressive Care (PCU) or intermediate nursing, with nurse-to-patient ratios of 4:1, providing care to adult patients with complex medical needs. The team consists of both experienced and new graduate nurses working collaboratively as an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
- BLS for healthcare provider required.
- ACLS for Healthcare provider required (obtained within 6 months of hire).
