Registered Nurse / RN - Assisted Living & Memory Care
About The Position
Founders Ridge, a Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) community in Bloomington, Minnesota, is seeking a Case Manager Registered Nurse to join its Assisted Living team. The community offers Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, and Enhanced Assisted Living. The RN provides and monitors high-quality clinical care and services to residents in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. This is a full-time position scheduled every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for 60 hours per pay period. Founders Ridge is a small, close-knit community in West Bloomington. The work is part of PHS’s faith-based nonprofit mission to honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the state or states where the nurse practices.
- Current CPR certification.
- Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
- Monitor the quality of clinical care and services provided to residents.
