About The Position
Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community, is seeking a per diem RN in assisted living. This role offers the opportunity to work in a nonprofit senior living community run by United Methodist Communities, which has been certified as a Great Place to Work for 9 consecutive years. The RN will work in the assisted living neighborhood, focusing on building relationships with residents and their families over time. The position involves assessing residents' health, leading care assistants, updating care plans, overseeing medication management, responding to incidents, and coordinating appointments and referrals.
Requirements
- An active New Jersey RN license or an active multistate (compact) RN license

Responsibilities
- Check on residents’ health with assessments, and follow up when something changes
- Lead and support the Resident Care Assistants on your shift
- Write and update care plans with residents, families, and the care team
- Oversee medication management and keep it in line with New Jersey rules
- Respond to incidents and changes in condition, then document and follow up
- Help coordinate appointments, transportation, referrals, and moves between care levels
