Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty
About The Position
BAYADA Lancaster Skilled Nursing is hiring a Registered Nurse for private-duty home health care. The role provides one-on-one care to clients of all ages and with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. Shifts may be mornings, overnight, or weekends, with full-shift options of 8 or 10 hours. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are available, with no weekend or minimum requirements. Scheduling is flexible based on nurse preferences, and BAYADA matches nurses with nearby cases. BAYADA provides paid training in the office, in the home, and online, as well as access to adult and pediatric simulation labs and 24/7 on-call clinical support. High-acuity tracheostomy and ventilator training is provided and paid for by BAYADA. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
