About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join its Hudson County skilled nursing team. The role provides one-on-one care in a client’s home, with flexible scheduling based on the nurse’s availability and traditional 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Clients range from infants to geriatric patients and may have varying diagnoses and acuity levels. Nurses travel to one nearby client home, follow and carry out doctors’ orders, assess and monitor clients, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA provides paid training in the office, in the home, and online, simulation lab practice, around-the-clock clinical phone support, and electronic charting using Statewise. The posting advertises a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 and a nurse referral bonus of $1,200. Independent work pays $35–$45 per hour; training and in-service work pays $30 per hour. Scheduling is flexible with no minimums; the posting describes full-time, part-time, and per-diem arrangements.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• One year of RN experience.
