Registered Nurse, RN - Private Duty| Austin
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring skilled and reliable Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care for clients in Austin and nearby Minnesota communities. Nurses care for clients of all ages and acuity levels while building meaningful connections. The position offers flexible scheduling, daytime and overnight shifts, and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options. No weekend work is required. BAYADA provides onboarding that accommodates nurse availability, personalized paid training including SIM labs, skill-building for a range of client needs, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Cubhub. The posting lists compensation of $35–$41 per hour in Minnesota, including overnight and weekend shift differentials. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available; PRN requires a minimum of two shifts per month.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
