About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Parkwood is a 106-bed skilled nursing facility providing services ranging from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients and residents, supervises assigned nursing assistants, follows applicable standards and regulations, and ensures nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures. The role is based at Signature HealthCARE of Parkwood in Lebanon, Indiana.

Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold a current, active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
